to treatment. I will typically spend 1-2 sessions with you learning about you and your history and experiences. During sessions 2-3 we will collaborate to create a plan for your treatment. By strategizing, we will plan the most effective approach to master the challenges you are experiencing.

If you are coping with a Body-Focused Repetitive Behavior (BFRB) such as trichotillomania (hair pulling) or skin picking, habit reversal training can be very effective in minimizing and eliminating these symptoms.
